TO AMEND SECTION 1108.01, GENERAL REQUIREMENTS, OF CHAPTER 1108, FINAL DEVELOPMENT PLAN PROCEDURE, OF THE CODIFIED ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA.

WHEREAS, a review of this Code section was undertaken by Planning Commission and it was felt that minor changes were needed; and
WHEREAS, Planning Commission has reviewed, initiated changes, and recommended said changes to City Council; and
WHEREAS, Council held Public Hearing on December 6, 1999, said meeting held pursuant to notice and according to law;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That Section 1108.01, General Requirements, of Chapter 1108, Final Development Plan Procedure, is hereby amended as set forth in EXHIBIT A, attached hereto and made a part herein.
Section 2. That existing Section 1108.01, General Requirements, of Chapter 1108, Final Development Plan Procedure, or any ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith, is hereby repealed.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by this Coucil and 30 days after date of signature approval by the Mayor.
