WHEREAS, the City Engineer has requested that application be made for OPWC Funds for the Carpenter Road Culvert Replacement; and
WHEREAS, Mid Ohio Regional Planning Commission has asked for a resolution in support of this application;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to submit the project funding request to Mid Ohio Regional Planning Commission for OPWC funds for the Carpenter Road Culvert Replacement; Improvement No. 993.
Section 2. That this resolution shall be in full force and effect at the earliest period allowed by law.
