TO ACCEPT DEED OF EASEMENT IN IMPERIAL RISE SECTION 3 FOR PUBLIC AND PRIVATE UTILITY PURPOSES; FROM THE WILLIAMS ROAD COMPANY.

WHEREAS, an easement for construction, operation and maintenance of public and private utilities above and beneath the surface of the ground was obtained in 1973 from The Williams Road Company; and
WHEREAS, said utility easement was recorded on September 27, 1973 by the Franklin County Recorder's Office; and
WHEREAS, said utility easement was never accepted by the City of Gahanna;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That this Council hereby accepts the Deed of Easement from The Williams Road Company, for public and private utility purposes in Imperial Rise Section 3, said land more particularly described in EXHIBIT A attached hereto and made a part herein.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect at the earliest period allowed by law.
