TO ACCEPT A QUIT CLAIM DEED FOR 0.375 ACRES OF PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE AREA OF US 62 AND BIG WALNUT CREEK; PROPERTY DONATED BY LAWRENCE L AND HULDA M LUFT.

WHEREAS, a quit claim deed for 0.375 acres of property located in the area of U S 62 and Big Walnut Creek from Lawrence M. and Hulda M. Luft was executed on December 15, 1976; and
WHEREAS, said warranty deed was recorded on January 7, 1977 by the Franklin County Recorder's Office; and
WHEREAS, said warranty deed was never accepted by the City of Gahanna;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That this Council hereby accepts the Quit Claim Deed from Lawrence L. and Hulda M. Luft, for the purposes of a new bridge over Big Walnut Creek and the relocation of U S 62, said land more particularly described in EXHIBIT A attached hereto and made a part herein.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect at the earliest period allowed by law.
