TO AUTHORIZE THE MAYOR TO ENTER INTO CONTRACT WITH SETTLE-MUTER ELECTRIC LTD., FOR INSTALLATION OF THE NEWLY PURCHASED GENERATOR FOR THE WATER TOWER; AND TO SUPPLEMENTALLY APPROPRIATE $4,830.

WHEREAS, the City water tower is in need of a generator and the installation is more intricate than expected, and it is necessary to have a professional install it; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to enter into contract with Settle-Muter Electric Ltd., 711 Claycraft Road, Gahanna, Ohio 43230, for installation of the newly purchased generator for the water tower.
Section 2. That funding in the amount of FORTY EIGHT HUNDRED THIRTY DOLLARS ($4,830) is hereby supplementally appropriated from the unencumbered, unappropriated balance in the W.S.C.I. Fund to Account No. 652.351.5596, Misc. Water Improvement, to cover the herein costs.
Section 3. That ORD-0001-2002, passed January 2, 2002, is hereby amended to reflect this supplemental appropriation.
Section 4. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by this Council and 30 days after date signature approval by the Mayor.
