WHEREAS, Gahanna City Council wishes to have a float in the Holiday Lights Parade in November, and funding was not appropriated in 2000;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That FIFTEEN HUNDRED DOLLARS ($1,500) is hereby supplementally appropriated from the unencumbered, unappropriated balance in the General Fund to Account No. 101.111.5415, Special Council Contingency, to cover the herein costs.
Section 2. That ORD-0001-2000, passed January 3, 2000, is hereby amended to reflect the herein supplemental appropriation.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect immediately upon passage by this Council and approval by the Mayor.
