AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING A SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATION - SPLASH PAD
BODY
WHEREAS, Council passed ORD 0048-2021 in 2021 for a supplemental appropriation for the splashpad; and
WHEREAS, the posting of this supplemental appropriation was not made before the close of 2021; and
WHEREAS, the funding is still necessary to complete the splash pad project in 2022.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, COUNTY OF FRANKLIN, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That the amount of SIXTEEN THOUSAND DOLLARS ($16,000) be and is hereby supplementally appropriated from the unappropriated, unencumbered balance of the Capital Improvement Fund 3250 to account 325.06.550.5505.
Section 2. That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by this Council and 30 days after date of signature approval by the Mayor.
