TO ACCEPT DEEDS OF EASEMENT FOR SANITARY SEWERS IN THE AREA OF 531 HAMILTON ROAD; FROM VARIOUS PROPERTY OWNERS.
Body
WHEREAS, six easements for construction, using and maintaining a sanitary sewer were obtained in 1973 from various property owners; and
WHEREAS, said utility easements were recorded on May 30, 1973 and July 27, 1973 by the Franklin County Recorder's Office; and
WHEREAS, said utility easements were never accepted by the City of Gahanna;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That this Council hereby accepts the Deeds of Easement from Doris Lucille Fout, Donald R. & Donna L. Wood, William E. & Dazel May Green, and Frederick Jr. & Goldie L. Robinson, for utility purposes in the area of 531 Hamilton Road, said land more particularly described in EXHIBIT A through F attached hereto and made a part herein.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect at the earliest period allowed by law.
