TO ACCEPT A GENERAL WARRANTY DEED FROM THOMAS W. KEYES & DENISE L. KEYES FOR 1.1+/- ACRE OF LAND LOCATED ON HAMILTON ROAD TO BE USED AS ROAD RIGHT OF WAY.

WHEREAS, negotiations have been successful for certain right of way for possible road widening and improvements; and
WHEREAS, a Warranty Deed as been received from Thomas W. Keyes & Denise L. Keyes, and it is necessary and desirable to accept this Warranty Deed at the earliest possible date;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That this Council hereby accepts WARRANTY DEED granted by Thomas W. Keyes & Denise L. Keyes for 1.1+/- acres of land for right of way for possible road widening and improvements on Hamilton Road, said Deed more particularly described in EXHIBIT A, which is attached to this ordinance and made a part herein.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by this Council and 30 days after date of signature approval by the Mayor.
