ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, OHIO: Enacting Section 1501.17 INSPECTION, TESTING AND MAINTENANCE RECORDKEEPING, of PART 15 OHIO FIRE CODE

WHEREAS,
WHEREAS, the amendment in Chapter 941 Garbage and Rubbish Collection updates changed the rates to reflect fees based upon current cart costs.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, COUNTY OF FRANKLIN, STATE OF OHIO:
SECTION 1. That Section 1501.17 INSPECTION, TESTING AND MAINTENANCE RECORDKEEPING, of PART 15 OHIO FIRE CODE of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Gahanna shall be and are hereby amended to read as follows:
See Exhibit “A” attached hereto and incorporated herein.
SECTION 2. That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by this Council and 30 days after date of signature approval by the Mayor.
