TO VACATE A SANITARY SEWER EASEMENT FOR PROPERTY LOCATED ON LOT 2 OF CROSSROADS COMMERCE CENTER ON CROSSPOINTE ROAD.

WHEREAS, the Final Development Plan for the Taylor Point project was approved by Planning Commission on July 24, 2013 and sites the buildings on an existing sanitary sewer easement; and
WHEREAS, the plans for the Taylor Pointe Sanitary Sewer SA-1011 show the sanitary sewer in a new location that avoids the buildings yet satisfies all of the requirements;
WHEREAS, Planning Commission recommended the vacation of the easement at the Regular Meeting held on September 10, 2014;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, COUNTY OF FRANKLIN, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That the sanitary sewer easement on Crosspointe Road at the Crossroads Commerce Center, is hereby vacated; more particularly described in EXHIBIT A attached to this ordinance and made a part herein.
Section 2. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to sign a Quit Claim Deed for the vacated portion of land.
Section 3. That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect upon passage by this Council and 30 days after date of signature approval by the Mayor.
