A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF FUNDS AMONG VARIOUS ACCOUNTS - CARES Act Funds.

WHEREAS, allowable expenditures from the CARES Act Funds include improving ventilation within public buildings; and
WHEREAS, the Administration has gathered quotes for cleaning the duct work in City Hall, the Police Department, Senior Center, and Parks and Service buildings; and
WHEREAS, additional materials and supplies are needed for personal protective equipment (PPE); and
WHEREAS, in order to complete the work and purchase supplies, a transfer of funds is required.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, COUNTY OF FRANKLIN, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. City Council authorizes a transfer of appropriations as follows:
Fifteen thousand one hundred sixty-three dollars ($15,163.00) from account number 230.06.000.5105 to account number 230.06.000.5205 AND seven hundred and eighteen dollars and eighty cents ($718.80) from account number 230.06.000.5105 to account number 230.06.000.5300.
Section 2. That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect at the earliest period allowed by law
