TO CREATE SECTION 928.05, EAST INDUSTRIAL SANITARY SEWER DISTRICT, OF CHAPTER 928, SEWER DISTRICTS, OF THE CODIFIED ORDINANCES OF GAHANNA

WHEREAS, it is the desire of Council and the Administration to create an East Industrial Sanitary Sewer district to help recoup the cost of construction of the sewer; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has determined the cost recovery basis for this district; and
WHEREAS, individual owners cannot economically extend sanitary sewer service to this district; and
WHEREAS, Chapter 928.01 permits the establishment of sewer districts;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That Section 928.05, East Industrial Sanitary Sewer District, of Chapter 928, Sewer Districts, of the Codified Ordinances of Gahanna, is hereby created as determined in EXHIBIT A, attached hereto and made a part of this ordinance.
Section 2. That existing Chapter 928, Sewer Districts Generally, or any ordinances of parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by this Council and 30 days after signature of approval by the Mayor.
