TO ACCEPT DEED FOR 0.122 ACRE OF RIGHT OF WAY ON WEST JOHNSTOWN ROAD FROM EAS PROPERTIES, LLC

WHEREAS, the City Attorney has presented a Deed to the Council Office from EAS Properties, LLC for acceptance and filing in the permanent Deed files; and
WHEREAS, 0.122 acre is being given to the City for right of way purposes; and
WHEREAS, this Deed is for 0.122 acre on West Johnstown Road and was recorded at the Franklin County Recorders Office on June 19, 2008;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That this Council hereby accepts the General Warranty Deed from EAS Properties, LLC, for 0.122 acre, more or less, said Deed attached to this ordinance as EXHIBIT A, and made a part herein.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by this Council and 30 days after date of signature approval by the Mayor.
