TO ACCEPT WARRANTY DEED FOR ROADWAY PURPOSES FOR PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE INDUSTRIAL ZONE; FROM GAHANNA COMMUNITY IMPROVEMENT CORPORATION.

WHEREAS, a warranty deed for roadway purposes was obtained in 1982 from Gahanna Community Improvement Corporation ; and
WHEREAS, said warranty deed was recorded on June 23, 1982 by the Franklin County Recorder's Office; and
WHEREAS, said roadway easement was never accepted by the City of Gahanna;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That this Council hereby accepts the Warranty Deed from Gahanna Community Improvement Corporation for roadway purposes, said land more particularly described in EXHIBIT A attached hereto and made a part herein.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect at the earliest period allowed by law.
