SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATION, Sewer Fund

Body

WHEREAS, the balance of the Sewer Fund is in need of funds; it is, therefore, necessary to transfer funds from the S.S.I.I. Fund to the Sewer Fund to keep it solvent;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO;

Section 1.  That the amount of Four Hundred Thousand Dollars ($400,000) is hereby supplementally appropriated from the unencumbered, unappropriated balance of the S.S.C.I. Fund to Account No. 662.361.5931, Transfer to Sewer Fund.

Section 2.  That Ordinance No. 1-98, passed January 2, 1998 is hereby amended to reflect this supplemental appropriation.

Section 3.  That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect at the earliest period allowed by law.
