WHEREAS, the cleaning contract for the Golf Course Clubhouse will expire January 31, 2014; and
WHEREAS, the Director of Parks & Recreation has recommended that we proceed to enter into contract with Bill Walker, a golf course member and close resident, for the cleaning of the Golf Course Clubhouse;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to enter into contract with BILL WALKER, 222 Chapelfield Road, Gahanna, Ohio 43230, for cleaning of the Golf Course Clubhouse for the period of February 1, 2014 through January 31, 2015; 2014 Clubhouse Cleaning Contract attached as EXHIBIT A, and made a part herein.
Section 2. That funding in the amount of FIFTY SEVEN HUNDRED DOLLARS ($5,700) will be appropriated in the 2014 Appropriations to Account No. 101.433.5250, Golf Course, Janitorial Contract, to cover the herein cost.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by this Council and 30 days after date of signature approval by the Mayor.
