TO ACCEPT GENERAL WARRANTY DEED FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 110 MILL STREET, GAHANNA.

WHEREAS, the City has received General Warranty Deed for property recently purchased at 110 Mill Street from Mill Street Development, LLC, and it is desirable to accept this Deed; and
WHEREAS, the value of this property has been determined to be $305,710; and
WHEREAS, said deed was recorded with the Franklin County Recorder on April 28, 2011;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That this Council hereby accepts this GENERAL WARRANTY DEED for property at 110 Mill Street, said deed more particularly described in EXHIBIT A, attached to this ordinance and made a apart herein.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by this Council and 30 days after date of signature approval by the Mayor.
