ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE BUILDING AND ZONING FEE SCHEDULE.

WHEREAS, the Administration proposes to modify the Building & Zoning Fee Schedule to simplify and improve the permitting process for customers; and
WHEREAS, the layout of the fee schedule has been modified to list fees by project type and are generally nominal in nature; and
WHEREAS, the Council have reviewed the recommendations and are in agreement with the changes as proposed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, COUNTY OF FRANKLIN, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That the Building and Zoning Fee Schedule is hereby amended as set forth in EXHIBIT A, attached hereto and made a part herein.
Section 2. That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect upon passage by this Council and 30 days after signature of approval by the Mayor.
