RESOLUTION IN SUPPORT OF THE CRITICAL SUCCESS FACTORS AS GUIDING PRINCIPLES FOR THE CITY OF GAHANNA

WHEREAS, the City's critical success factors were discussed but not finalized in the Strategic Planning Session held on March 10, 2012; and
WHEREAS, a document has been developed as a result of the Strategic Planning Session, along with additional input from Council, the Mayor and department heads; and
WHEREAS, the Administration plans to continue to operate using the critical success factors as guiding principles; and
WHEREAS, it is a best practice for Council to adopt these critical success factors for strategic planning purposes;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That this Council and Administration hereby adopt, as guiding principles, the 5 Critical Success Factors outlined in EXHIBIT A attached hereto.
Section 2. That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect at the earliest period allowed by law.
