TO AMEND SECTION 1150.02, DOWNTOWN ZONING DISTRICTS CREATED, OF CHAPTER 1150, OLDE GAHANNA DOWNTOWN DISTRICT, OF THE CODIFIED ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA

WHEREAS, a discrepancy was noted between the creation of the district and the adopted zoning map; and
WHEREAS, Planning Commission has reviewed this section, initiated changes, and recommended said changes to City Council; and
WHEREAS, Council held Public Hearing on November 6, 2000, said meeting held pursuant to notice and according to law;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That Section 1150.02, Downtown Zoning Districts Created, of Chapter 1150, Olde Gahanna Downtown District, is hereby amended as set forth in EXHIBIT A, attached hereto and made a part herein.
Section 2. That existing Section 1150.02, Downtown Zoning Districts Created, of Chapter 1150, Olde Gahanna Downtown District, or any ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith, is hereby repealed.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by this Council and 30 days after signature of approval by the Mayor.
