TO REPEAL ORDINANCE 200050, PASSED FEBRUARY 22, 2000, TO ACCEPT 2.27+/- ACRES TO THE CITY AS JOHNSTOWN ROAD RIGHT OF WAY.

WHEREAS, an annexation of 2.3+/- acres of Johnstown Road right of way was annexed to City and accepted by Ordinance 200012 on February 7, 2000; and
WHEREAS, the same annexation of Johnstown Road right of way was accepted by Ordinance 200050 on February 22, 2000 and
WHEREAS, the City Attorney has requested we repeal Ordinance 200050 as the annexation had already been accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That Ordinance 200050, To Accept 2.27+/- Acres from Jefferson Township to the City of Gahanna, Ohio, known as Johnstown Road right of way, Requested by the City of Gahanna, is hereby repealed.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by this Council and 30 days after signature of approval by the Mayor.
