TO AMEND CODE SECTION 563.16, HOURS OF OPERATION, OF CHAPTER 563, PARK CONDUCT, OF THE CODIFIED ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA

WHEREAS, the Director of Parks & Recreation has recommended a code change to Chapter 563, Park Conduct, to better detail when parks are open; and
WHEREAS, with the construction at Creekside coming to a close it is appropriate to address the rules in conjunction with the new Creekside Park area;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That Code Section 563.16, Hours of Operation, of Chapter 563, Park Conduct, is hereby amended as set forth in EXHIBIT A, attached hereto and made a part herein.
Section 2. That existing Section 563.16, Hours of Operation, of Chapter 563, Park Conduct, or any ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith, are hereby repealed.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect immediately upon passage by this Council and 30 days after date of signature approval by the Mayor.
