SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATION - Tuition Reimbursement

Body

WHEREAS, the Tuition Reimbursement Account has been exhausted and additional funds are needed for registrations for Fall Classes:

NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:

Section 1.  That the amount of Nine Thousand Dollars ($9,000) is hereby supplementally appropriated from the unencumbered, unappropriated balance in the General Fund to Account No. 101.121.5272, Employee Reimbursements.

Section 2.  That Ordinance No. 980001, passed January 2, 1998 is hereby amended to reflect this supplemental appropriation.

Section 3.  That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect immediately upon passage by this Council and approval by the Mayor.
