WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 990422 authorized the contract for the West Gahanna Entry; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary now necessary to appropriate funding for the Fiber Optic Conduit;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That the amount of ONE HUNDRED FIFTEEN THOUSAND DOLLARS ($115,000) is hereby supplementally appropriated from the unappropriated, unencumbered balance in the General Fund to Account No. 101.343.5511, Capital Projects, Development.
Section 2. That Ordinance No. 990001, passed January 2, 1999, is hereby amended to reflect this supplemental appropriation.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by this Council and upon date of signature of approval by the Mayor.
