TO AUTHORIZE THE MAYOR TO ENTER INTO ACCESS AGREEMENT BY AND BETWEEN VRG II OR ASSIGNED AFFILIATES WHICH INCLUDES CENTRAL PARK PARTNERS AND THE CITY OF GAHANNA, OHIO, FOR TEMPORARY ACCESS TO THE CITY OF GAHANNA FUEL SITE ON SCIENCE BOULEVARD.

WHEREAS, Value Recovery Group is building the extension of Tech Center East as authorized by ORD-0024-2008; and
WHEREAS, the roadway will match with Science Boulevard in the location of the City Fuel Site and Fleet Facility; and
WHEREAS, this site is not open to general public access so VRG has requested formal permission to access the project through the fuel site;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to enter into Access Agreement with VRG II, 919 Old Henderson Road, Columbus, Ohio 43220, for Access Agreement for temporary access to the City Fuel Site on Science Boulevard; Agreement attached as EXHIBIT A, and made a part herein.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by this Council and 30 days after date of signature approval by the Mayor.
