WHEREAS, the Mayor was authorized to enter into contract with Stilson Consulting Group for extended contract for replacement and repair of North High Street storm sewers; and

WHEREAS, the authorization of entering into contract should have been to Complete General Construction; and

WHEREAS, it has been requested that ORD-0191-2002 be repealed;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:

Section 1.  That ORD-0191-2002, passed October 7, 2002, to authorize the Mayor to enter into extended contract with Stilson Consulting Group for replacement and repair of North High Street storm sewers, is hereby repealed.

Section 2.  That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by this Council, and 30 days after date of signature approval by the Mayor.
