TO ACCEPT DEED OF EASEMENT FOR AN EMERGENCY WARNING SIREN ON STYGLER ROAD; FROM THE CHURCHES OF CHRIST IN CHRISTIAN UNION.

WHEREAS, a deed of easement for the purpose of constructing, operating, maintaining or replacing an emergency warning siren, and appurtenances thereto, on Stygler Road, was obtained in 1981 from The Churches of Christ in Christian Union; and
WHEREAS, said Deed of Easement was recorded on October 14, 1981 by the Franklin County Recorder's Office; and
WHEREAS, said easement was never accepted by the City of Gahanna;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That this Council hereby accepts the Deed of Easement from The Churches of Christ in Christian Union, for constructing, operating, maintaining or replacing an emergency warning siren, and appurtenances thereto on Stygler Road, said land more particularly described in EXHIBIT A attached hereto and made a part herein.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect at the earliest period allowed by law.
