SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATION AND TRANSFER OF FUNDS
Position of Director of Network Operations
Body
WHEREAS, a new unclassified full-time position has been created for a Director of Network Operations, and it is necessary to appropriately fund this position through the end of this fiscal year;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO;
Section 1. That the amount of Five Thousand Eighty-five Dollars ($5,085) is hereby supplementally appropriated from the unencumbered, unappropriated balance of the General Fund as directed in EXHIBIT A, attached, and made a part herein.
Section 2. That the amount of Nineteen Thousand One Hundred Eighty-four Dollars ($19,184)is hereby transferred from the 121 Mayor's Accounts to the Network 348 Accounts as directed in EXHIBIT B, attached, and made a part herein.
Section 3. That Ordinance No. 1-98, passed January 2, 1998 is hereby amended to reflect the herein supplemental appropriation and transfer of funds.
Section 4. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect immediately upon passage by this Council and approval by the Mayor.
