WHEREAS, an ongoing problem with the audio visual system in Council Chambers can be corrected and the system enhanced by the purchase of a Graphi-Q All Digital Equalizer; and
WHEREAS, the basic system is in good repair and should last for several more years; and
WHEREAS, the feedback problem we are currently experiencing was unanticipated and a supplemental is required to purchase the recommended equalizer;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That funding in the amount of ONE THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED FIFTY DOLLARS ($1,150) is hereby supplementally appropriated from the unencumbered, unappropriated balance of the General Fund to Account No. 101.111.5513, Capital Projects, Council.
Section 2. That ORD-0001-2003, passed January 2, 2003, is hereby amended to reflect this supplemental appropriation.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect immediately after passage by this Council and on date of signature approval by the Mayor.
