TO ACCEPT A DEED OF EASEMENT IN RATHBURN WOODS FROM GAHAHNA WOODS PARTNERSHIP TO BE USED FOR UTILITY EASEMENT.

WHEREAS, a Deed of Easement for a strip of land in Rathburn Woods has been received from Gahanna Woods Partnership; and
WHEREAS, this land is for the purpose of a utility easement; and
WHEREAS, said Deed of Easement was recorded on December 19, 1990, by the Franklin County Recorder's Office; and
WHEREAS, said Deed of Easement is now ready for acceptance by the City of Gahanna;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That this Council hereby accepts the Deed of EAsement from Gahanna Woods Partnership, which is a strip of land to be used for utility easement purposes in Rathburn Woods, said land more particularly described in EXHIBIT A attached hereto and made a part herein.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect at the earliest period allowed by law.
