TITLE
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF FUNDS AMONG VARIOUS ACCOUNTS.
BODY
WHEREAS, a projection of 2021 salaries and benefits to year end was performed and compared to the remaining annual budget to determine if adjustments were needed; and
WHEREAS, there were various employee changes throughout the year, including changes in fulltime/parttime status, change in insurance coverage, and unexpected increases in overtime pay, among other items, which resulted in differences between appropriations and actual activity.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, COUNTY OF FRANKLIN, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That City Council authorizes a transfer of appropriations as described in EXHIBIT A, made a part herein.
Section 2. That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect at the earliest period allowed by law
