TO SUPPLEMENTALLY APPROPRIATE INSURANCE CLAIM PROCEEDS RECEIVED BY THE CITY OF GAHANNA AS INSURANCE PAYMENTS FOR DAMAGE FROM UNFORESEEN ACCIDENTS IN THE FOURTH QUARTER OF 2014 TO EXPENSE ACCOUNTS.

WHEREAS, the City has developed a policy to track revenue acquired from insurance payments outlined in Ordinance 0001-2014; and
WHEREAS, to move the funds to the appropriate accounts requires supplemental appropriations;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, COUNTY OF FRANKLIN, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That the following supplemental appropriations are hereby authorized as listed in EXHIBIT A, attached hereto and made a part herein.
Section 2. That ORD-0001-2014, passed January 2, 2014, authorizes the City to distribute monies received as insurance compensation to expense accounts to pay for damages.
Section 3. That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by Council and on date of signature approval by the Mayor.
