WHEREAS, the Mayor was authorized to enter into amended contract with Gahanna-Creekside Investments, LLC by ORD-0172-2006 on August 28, 2006; and

WHEREAS, some Council members have expressed concern with moving forward with a pump station instead of a gravity sewer; and

WHEREAS, a desire to repeal ORD-0172-2006 has been expressed by some members of Council;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:

Section 1.  That ORD-0172-2006, passed August 28, 2006, to authorize the Mayor to enter into amended contract with Gahanna-Creekside Investments, LLC for additional Mill Street utilities work, is hereby repealed.

Section 2.  That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by this Council and 30 days after signature of approval by the Mayor.
