TO COMMEND ADRIENNE AEMES

Whereas, Adrienne Aemes took first place in the 1999 Malibu Grand Prix Senior Women's Challenge; and
Whereas, Adrienne Aemes has earned the nickname "Zippy" for her experience in race car driving, having driven in this race for 4 years and having won this year's race a full second ahead of last year's winner; and
Whereas, Adrienne Aemes was a member of the Roaring Lion's Race Team in 1998 and is active at the Senior Center;
Now, Therefore, be it resolved by the Council of the City of Gahanna, State of Ohio:
Section 1. That this Council and Administration, on behalf of the citizens of Gahanna, commend the efforts of Adrienne Aemes in her win of the 10th Annual Malibu Grand Prix Senior Women's Challenge.
Section 2. That this resolution shall go into full force and effect immediately upon passage by this Council.
