WHEREAS, the Director of Public Service has recommended several changes to Gahanna City Code Chapter 135; and
WHEREAS, these changes include making the purchasing process more user friendly, efficient, and designed to achieve the goal of paying the lowest price possible for quality goods and services;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA:
Section 1. That Chapter 135, Department of Public Service and Engineering, is hereby amended as set forth in EXHIBIT A, attached hereto and made a part herein.
Section 2. That existing Chapter 135, Department of Public Service and Engineering, or any ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith, are hereby repealed.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by this Council and 30 days after date of signature approval by the Mayor.
