TO AMEND ORD-0001-2014 TO DE-FUND THE PROJECT ADMINISTRATOR POSITION.

WHEREAS, Council desires to de-fund the Project Administrator position in the Service Department; and
WHEREAS, the funds are no longer necessary due to a vacancy in the position;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That funding in the amount of EIGHTY THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED DOLLARS ($80,700) is hereby de-funded from the amounts listed in the pro-rated column of the attached Exhibit.
Section 2. That ORD-0001-2014, passed January 2, 2014, is hereby amended to reflect this reduction.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by this Council and on date of signature approval by the Mayor.
