WHEREAS, a bill has been received for the second quarter of the year in the amount of $850; and

WHEREAS, insufficient funds are available to pay that bill; and

WHEREAS, funds need to be available to process this bill and cover the existing contract for the balance of the year;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:

Section 1.  That the amount of TWO THOUSAND DOLLARS ($2,000) is hereby supplementally appropriated from the unencumbered, unappropriated funds in the General Fund to Account Number 101.151.5240, Indigent Counsel.

Section 2.  That ORD-0001-2001, passed January 2, 2001 is hereby amended to reflect this supplemental appropriation.

Section 4.  That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by this Council and on date of signature approval by the Mayor.
