TO ACCEPT A GENERAL WARRANTY DEED FROM C. P. PROPERTY HOLDINGS, LLC, TO BE USED AS RIGHT OF WAY FOR 0.734 ACRE TO ALLOW THE EASTGATE PROJECT TO MEET TAYLOR ROAD; AND TO DECLARE AN EMERGENCY.

WHEREAS, negotiations have been made for certain right of way for possible road widening and improvements to allow the Eastgate project to meet Taylor Road; and
WHEREAS, a General Warranty Deed as been received from C. P. Property Holdings, LLC, and it is necessary and desirable to accept this Deed at the earliest possible date.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That this Council hereby accepts GENERAL WARRANTY DEED granted by C. P. PROPERTY HOLDINGS, LLC, for right of way to allow the Eastgate project to meet Taylor Road, said Deed more particularly described in EXHIBIT A, which is attached to this ordinance and made a part herein.
Section 2. That, for the reasons stated in the preamble herein above, this ordinance is declared emergency legislation, and shall be in full force and effect after passage by this Council and upon date of signature of approval by the Mayor.
