WHEREAS, price quotes have been obtained for copiers for City Hall and the Senior Center and the Service Director has recommended we proceed to lease with MT Business Technologies;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to enter into Lease Agreement with MT BUSINESS TECHNOLOGIES, INC., 750 Green Crest Drive, Westerville, Ohio 43081, for lease of 9 copiers and 1 fax machine for City Hall and the Senior Center, off the State Contract #STS096.
Section 2. That funding in the amount of TWENTY SIX THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED EIGHT DOLLARS ($26,208) was set aside in the 2010 Appropriations to Account No. 101.141.5276, Lands & Buildings, Lease Expense, to cover the herein costs.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by this Council and 30 days after date of signature approval by the Mayor.
