TITLE
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATIONS - General Fund, Streets Fund, and Water Fund for Damage to City Property
BODY
WHEREAS, the Department of Public Service has received funds over the last quarter from the damage of City property; and
WHEREAS, the funds are currently unappropriated and unencumbered; and
WHEREAS, the Department of Public Service requests supplemental appropriations from the General Fund, Streets Fund and Water Fund.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, COUNTY OF FRANKLIN, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That funding in the amount of ten thousand three hundred twenty-one dollars ($10,321) is hereby supplementally appropriated from the unappropriated unencumbered General Fund as follows:
101.11.400.5300 Materials and Supplies: $8,221
101.11.420.5306 Fleet Services: $2,100
Section 2. That funding in the amount of eleven thousand twenty dollars ($11,020) is hereby supplementally appropriated from the unappropriated unencumbered Streets Fund as follows:
220.11.000.5300 Materials and Supplies: $11,020
Section 3. That funding in the amount of two hundred seventy ($270) is hereby supplementally appropriated from the unappropriated unencumbered Water Fund as follows:
651.11.000.5300 Materials and Supplies: $270
Section 4. That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by Council and on date of signature of approval by the Mayor.
