A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF FUNDS AMONG VARIOUS ACCOUNTS.

WHEREAS, in anticipation of returning to in-person meetings, City Council has identified a need to address safety precautions surrounding COVID-19 and public participation at meetings; and,
WHEREAS, a live streaming solution has been presented that will require the Department of Technology to make purchases to accommodate those services for public participation and to enhance closed captioning functions; and,
WHEREAS, the quote for the added technology was five thousand dollars ($5,000) more than the appropriations available in the CARES Act Technology Services Account.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, COUNTY OF FRANKLIN, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. City Council authorizes a transfer of five thousand dollars ($5,000) from account number 230.06.000.5105- CARES Act Full Time Wages to account 230.06.000.5215- CARES Act Technology Services.
Section 2. That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect at the earliest period allowed by law.
