TO ACCEPT DEED OF EASEMENT IN THE AREA OF MORRISON AND WATERBURY FOR HUNTERS RIDGE APARTMENTS PHASE II FOR PUBLIC AND PRIVATE UTILITY PURPOSES; FROM NORTHLAND PARK HOMES INC.

WHEREAS, an easement for construction, operation and maintenance of public and private utilities above and beneath the surface of the ground was obtained in 1978 from Northland Park Homes, Inc.; and
WHEREAS, said utility easement was recorded on March 7, 1978 by the Franklin County Recorder's Office; and
WHEREAS, said utility easement was never accepted by the City of Gahanna;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That this Council hereby accepts the Deed of Easement from Northland Park Homes, Inc., for public and private utility purposes in various areas of Hunters Ridge, said land more particularly described in EXHIBIT A attached hereto and made a part herein.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect at the earliest period allowed by law.
