WHEREAS, GWEN WADE had a great desire to serve the City that she had made her home; and
WHEREAS, GWEN WADE was appointed to the Civil Service Commission on January 2, 2005, and served for 3 years; and
WHEREAS, GWEN WADE was an integral part of the workings of the Civil Service Commission, always keeping fairness as the most important issue in discussions and testing; and
WHEREAS, GWEN WADE will be missed by everyone who had the pleasure of working with her;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That this Council hereby honors and commends GWEN WADE for her dedication and service to the Civil Service Commission and wishes her well in all future endeavors.
Section 2. That this resolution shall be in full force and effect at the earliest period allowed by law.
