Title

TO ACCEPT A GENERAL WARRANTY DEED FOR AN EASEMENT FOR STORM WATER SEWER OVER PROPERTY LOCATED AT 679 VIVIAN COURT; FROM AMALTHEA CORPORATION.

Body

WHEREAS, a general warranty deed for an easement for construction, using and maintaining a storm water sewer was obtained in 1989 from Amalthea Corporation; and

WHEREAS, said utility easement was recorded on January 26, 1989 by the Franklin County Recorder's Office; and

WHEREAS, said utility easement was never accepted by the City of Gahanna;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:

Section 1.  That this Council hereby accepts the General Warranty Deed for an easement for Storm Water Sewer from Amalthea Corporation, for utility purposes on property located at 679 Vivian Court, said land more particularly described in EXHIBIT A attached hereto and made a part herein.

Section 2.  That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect at the earliest period allowed by law.
