TO ADOPT RULES AND REGULATIONS OF THE CIVIL SERVICE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, OHIO, AS REVISED JULY 8, 2002.

WHEREAS, The Civil Service Commission has submitted revised Rules and Regulations; and

WHEREAS, these rules and regulations have not been updated since August 7, 1991;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:

Section 1.  That this Council hereby adopts the RULES AND REGULATIONS OF THE CIVIL SERVICE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, OHIO, revised July 8, 2002 as an official document of the City of Gahanna; said Rules and Regulations are attached to this ordinance as EXHIBIT A, and made a part herein.

Section 2.  That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by this Council and 30 days after date of signature approval by the Mayor.
