TO ACCEPT A TEN-FOOT STRIP OF LAND BETWEEN LOTS 96 AND 97 AS THE SAME ARE NUMBERED AND DELINEATED UPON THE SUBDIVISION PLAT ENTITLED "FARM CREEK, SECTION 3." FOR WALKWAY PURPOSES.

WHEREAS, a Deed of Easement has been received from Gahanna Woods Partnership as a perpetual non exclusive easement in, through, over, and under a certain 10-foot strip of land for the purpose of constructing/installing, maintaining, inspecting, repairing, and replacing a hiking/biking path for use by the public;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That this Council hereby accepts a ten-foot strip of land between Lots 96 and 97 as the same are numbered and delineated upon the subdivision plat entitled "Farm Creek, Section 3, by Deed by Easement from Gahanna Woods Partnership.
Section 2. That said land is more particularly described in EXHIBIT A, attached to this ordinance and made a part herein.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect in 30 days after the approval signature by the Mayor.
