AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING A SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATION - Damage to City Property.

WHEREAS, the Department of Public Service and Engineering has received funds from the damage of City property; and
WHEREAS, to move the funds to the appropriate account requires a supplemental appropriation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, COUNTY OF FRANKLIN, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That funding in the amount of one thousand and thirty-four dollars and zero cents ($1,034.00) from the Streets Fund 2201 be and is hereby appropriated to account number 2201.1000.5300 (Materials and Supplies).
Section 2. That funding in the amount of seventeen thousand five hundred twenty-two dollars ($17,522.00) from the Special Revenue Fund 2431 be and is hereby appropriated to account number 2431.1400.5300 (Materials and Supplies).
Section 3. That funding in the amount of fifty dollars ($50.00) from the Water Fund 6511 be and is hereby appropriated to account number 6511.1000.5300 (Materials and Supplies).
Section 4. That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by Council and on date of signature approval by the Mayor.
