TO AUTHORIZE THE MAYOR TO ENTER INTO CONTRACT WITH CLYDE E. WILLIAMS & ASSOCIATES, INC., FOR ENGINEERING AND INSPECTION SERVICES FOR MORRISON AND WATERBURY INTERSECTION, IMPROVEMENT NO. 703.

WHEREAS, proposal has been received and recommended by the City Engineer and the Administration for Engineering and Inspection Services on the Morrison/Waterbury intersection;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to enter into Contract with CLYDE E. WILLIAMS & ASSOCIATES, INC., 130 EAST WILSON BRIDGE ROAD, SUITE 025, WORTHINGTON, OHIO 43085, in accordance with proposal submitted December 30, 1998, said proposal attached to this ordinance at EXHIBIT A, and made a part herein, and in accordance with City specifications.
Section 2. That funding in the amount of Sixteen Thousand Nine Hundred Dollare ($16,900) was set aside in the 1999 Appropriations to Account No. 101.145.5541, Capital Projects, Streets, to cover the herein costs.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect at the earliest period allowed by law.
