WHEREAS, the air compressor at our service facility broke down and it would cost more to repair it than to replace it; and
WHEREAS, this is unexpected and funds were not set aside in the 2008 Appropriations to cover this;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That funding in the amount of NINE HUNDRED FIFTY DOLLARS ($950) is hereby supplementally appropriated from the unappropriated, unencumbered balance of the Streets Fund to Account No. 220.330.5510, Streets, Minor Capital.
Section 2. That funding in the amount of THREE HUNDRED SEVENTEEN DOLLARS ($317) is hereby supplementally appropriated from the unencumbered, unappropriated balance of the Water Fund to Account No. 651.350.5510, Water, Minor Capital.
Section 3. That funding in the amount of THREE HUNDRED SEVENTEEN DOLLARS ($317) is hereby supplementally appropriated from the unencumbered, unappropriated balance of the Sewer Fund to Account No. 661.360.5510, Sewer, Minor Capital.
Section 4. That funding in the amount of THREE HUNDRED SIXTEEN DOLLARS ($316) is hereby supplementally appropriated from the unencumbered balance of the Storm Fund to Account No. 631.350.5510, Storm, Minor Capital.
Section 5. That ORD-0001-2008, passed January 2, 2008, is hereby amended to reflect this supplemental appropriation.
Section 6. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by this Council and on date of signature approval by the Mayor.
